How to Measure Apparel Correctly

Chest: Lay the garment flat, measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, then double the measurement.

Body Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder (where the seam meets the neck) down to the bottom hem of the garment.

Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam (where the sleeve attaches to the body) to the end of the cuff.

How to Measure Your Head Circumference
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears (the widest part of your head). Keep the tape snug but not tight, and note the measurement. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
