Modavivas – Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after order confirmation and payment verification.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s website after dispatch.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended to 3 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Zones & Methods
We currently offer shipping to all addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and selected international countries/regions. For international shipping, please check the product page for eligibility before ordering.

International Shipping
- Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country/region, order weight and shipping method.
- Delivery time for international orders is typically 10-20 business days (excluding customs clearance time).
- Customs Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Modavivas is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or military bases at present.
- For remote areas (domestic and international), additional shipping fees may apply and delivery times may be extended. We will contact you if your address is classified as a remote area.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you can track your package using the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
- Track your order directly on the carrier’s website (USPS for domestic standard shipping, UPS for expedited shipping).
- If you encounter any issues with tracking (e.g., no update for more than 3 business days), contact our support team at [support@modavivas.com] with your tracking number and order details.
5. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Modavivas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the package as “delivered”. We recommend checking with your local postal service, building management or neighbors first if you cannot find your package.
- For packages marked as “in transit” for an abnormally long time (exceeding the stated delivery time by 7+ business days), contact our support team and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Packages
- If you receive a damaged package, do not discard the packaging. Take clear photos of the package and the contents, then contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Missed Deliveries
- For expedited shipping with signature required, the carrier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If delivery is missed, follow the instructions on the carrier’s delivery notice to arrange re-delivery or pick up the package at the local carrier facility.
6. Shipping Address Changes
- You may request a shipping address change only before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team with your order number and the new address.
- Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If the package is delivered to the original address, you will need to follow the return process for re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
7. Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, we offer free standard shipping promotions for domestic US orders (e.g., minimum order amount). Promotional details (e.g., minimum spend, eligible regions) will be clearly indicated on our website and product pages. Free shipping promotions do not apply to expedited shipping or international orders.
