Modavivas – Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may initiate a return for most items within 30 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:

  • Items are in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
  • No signs of wear, tear, damage, alteration or cleaning on the products.
  • All accessories and free gifts (if applicable) included with the order are returned in full.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to product nature and quality assurance:

  • No non-returnable categories at present (all Modavivas products including bags, apparel, headwear and outerwear are returnable).

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate the return request: Contact our customer support team at [support@modavivas.com] with your order number, product name and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with a return authorization number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
  2. Package the items: Securely pack the eligible items with the original packaging, and attach the RAN label provided by our team to the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the return: Send the package to the return address specified by our support team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective products, wrong items shipped).
  4. Item inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days to verify eligibility. We will notify you via email of the inspection result.

4. Refund & Exchange Options

Refunds

  • For eligible returns, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days after successful inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The processing time for the refund to show in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-10 business days).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for size/color issues (same product only) within the 30-day return window.
  • For exchange requests, follow the return process above and note your exchange preference in the return email. We will ship the replacement item once the returned item passes inspection (no additional shipping fee for the exchange).

5. Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Contact our support team at [support@modavivas.com] with the media files and your order details.
  3. We will arrange a free return and full refund, or a free replacement (at your preference) upon verification. We will cover all return shipping costs for such cases.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and you will need to follow the return process after delivery.

7. Final Sale Notes

Items marked as “Final Sale” (if applicable in future promotions) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and checkout page.
